What payment options do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options. For purchases inside Indonesia, we accept bank transfers, Qris, and credit cards. For purchases outside Indonesia, we accept Visa, and Mastercard.
How about the payment confirmation?
Payment should be made in 3 hours after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email. For bank transfer, please confirm your payment at Alda Roy’s website to validate your purchase or simply contact us through our customer care WhatsApp. If you can transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.

When will I be charged for my order?
Orders will be processed—and you will be charged—as soon as they are received and confirmed. Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
We’re committed to processing orders as soon as they are received. Because of this, we are unable to honor any changes once the order has been place.

Our shoes run true to size. Please also refer to our sizing guide. You can contact our WA customer service for further sizing questions.

Orders inside Indonesia will be using J&T. For international shipment use DHL.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders inside Indonesia we offer standard delivery. For International orders DHL might take 6–9 business days depending on country of destinations. We will provide tracking number for you to track your orders.

⮚ We accept returns if the product sent is in the wrong size and factory defect. Our box are build to protect our goods, if the box is damaged it is doing what it’s supposed to do. ⮚ Returned merchandise must be returned in new condition. Unused, clean, and all in its original packaging with all the paper, card and dust bag inside Alda Roy’s original box. (Produk return harus dalam kondisi baru. Tidak terpakai, bersih, dan semua tertata didalam original paket termasuk kertas, plastic, dustbag dan box).

⮚ Our team will review your goods and reserves the right to refuse any returns if it does not meet the above criteria. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will be sent back to you with billed in destination.
